At Reyna Signature, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
